Shopping Information

How much is shipping and how long will it take?

Shipping charges vary depending on your city and will be calculated and displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address. Orders are typically delivered within 3–4 working days.

How long will it take to get my package?

Once your order is confirmed, delivery usually takes 3–4 working days, depending on your location and courier service.

Payment Information

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment options: Cash on Delivery (COD), Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Bank Transfer.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across most cities in Pakistan.

Are online payments secure?

Yes. All online payments made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer are processed securely.

Order Returns

What is your return policy?

Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty. Due to the nature of premium thrift, all other sales are final.

How do I request a return?

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof of the fault. Once approved, the item can be returned.

Will I receive a refund?

Approved returns are issued as store credit only. We do not offer cash refunds. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
