How to request deletion of your data

If you signed in to Thryfto using Facebook, you can request removal of Facebook-related data from your account in either of the following ways.

Option 1 — Remove Thryfto from your Facebook account

1. Go to your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
2. Find Thryfto and remove the app.
3. Click View Removed Apps and Websites, select Thryfto, then click Send Request.

Facebook will notify Thryfto automatically. We will disconnect your Facebook login and remove Facebook profile data linked to your account. You will receive a confirmation code and a status link once the request is processed.

Option 2 — Contact us directly

Email us at support@thryfto.pk from the email address linked to your Thryfto account with the subject line Data Deletion Request. We will process your request within 30 days.

What we delete

When you request deletion, we remove your Facebook login connection, Facebook profile photo (if stored from Facebook), and any other data received from Facebook. Order history and records required for legal or accounting purposes may be retained in anonymized form where applicable.

Check your deletion request status

If you received a confirmation code from Facebook, you can check the status of your request on our deletion status page.
